Highlight Foreign Language School was founded by Mr. Bill Lee, an overseas Chinese citizen from Canada. The school has had wonderful teaching results in English from using Multimedia Synchronous Sensitive English (MSSE), an innovative teaching & learning method of English developed by Mr. Lee from his many years of English Learning and application experience. Its essence is to learn English in line with the law and requirements of our mother language because any laws of any languages learning are very similar. We should teach and learn English as our second mother language rather than our first foreign language. There are four major synchronous principles in MSSE, these are: eyes, ears, mouth, brain and hands they should act simultaneously; the five skills, listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating should improve at the same time; we should learn Chinese and English together; and we should speak mandarin as frequently as possible while we speak English. In addition, MSSE contains a specially-created training method for pronunciation. Our students are not only be able to speak standard English but the sensitive one as well, after strict and regular training. President Lee set up the Highlight Translation Company Ltd in 2003, which contributes to the larger coverage of our English teaching. As a result, students can also learn and gain knowledge of translation at the same time as their sound English.

With a good location, Highlight boasts excellent teachers and advanced facilities. All the classrooms are equipped with multimedia equipment and air conditioners.
